Collaborate with software engineers and business analysts to clarify ambiguous problems, define requirements, and design practical solutions.
• Build and maintain internal platforms, APIs, and automation frameworks that enable multiple teams.
• Optimize existing workflows or create new, more efficient ones using bespoke tools, inter-departmental solutions, or existing company software.
• Apply AI/ML-enabled tools where they add clear value.
• Ensure solutions adhere to IT best practices without sacrificing timely delivery.
• Document assumptions, decisions, and limitations clearly.
• Monitor adoption and iterate based on feedback and real-world usage.


Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Strong software engineering foundation (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Experience building end-to-end solutions (APIs, services, internal applications).• Good understanding of IT fundamentals and deployment practices(OpenShift experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g. Denodo) and web application development.
• Ability to work effectively with incomplete requirements and multiple stakeholders. 
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and tools (e.g., forecasting, optimization) without being a research-focused role.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and automation tools.
• Familiarity with supply chain or operational workflows is a plus.
