Leadership Skills

Experienced with leading a team of developers

Able to breakdown work into smaller technical components

Ability to act as a single point of contact for providing timely resource and project updates

Solid negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Able to mentor and coach developers of all levels of experience

Educate developers, monitor and ensure compliance with software development standards, processes and best practices

Technical Skills

11 + yrs of Experience with Java programming language and frameworks like spring, Redhat, Kafka, Dockers and containers

Strong SQL knowledge

Exposure to 1 or more frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue)

Experience with source code management systems (e.g. Git, SVN)

Thorough knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies

Adheres to software development standards, processes and best practices
