Your key responsibilities

• Build and implement data engineering and AI/ML solutions in Securities Services by preparing data, Feature engineering, running statistical tests, validating outputs, training and deploying ML models
• Engineer who can support business counterparts to study use cases, propose and deliver data engineering and AI/ML solutions for Securities Services domain.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and data platforms (Hybrid Cloud and Hadoop).
• Ensure data quality, security, and governance for AI model training, development and deployment.
• CI/CD workflows for data pipelines, SQL scripts, ML models to implement in Production, with agile methodology

Research and Innovation

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in cloud data, AI and machine learning (ML) tools and technologies (LLM, AutoML, Vertex AI)
• Collaborate with other teams and central AI team to identify emerging trends and technologies and to avoid duplication of efforts by building re-usable components.
• Develop proof-of-concept projects and pilots, with a scalable approach.

Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure that AI solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and mitigate them.

Collaboration and Communication

• Communicate technical results and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise language.
