QA Engineer (NM+)
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures. - Lead a team of QA testers to ensure that all products meet quality standards. - Create test plans and test cases for new products and features. - Conduct manual and automated testing to identify bugs and issues. - Work closely with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality. - Track and report on testing progress and results. - Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role. - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Experience with manual and automated testing tools. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Skills: - Experience with performance and security testing. - Knowledge of Agile development processes. - Certification in software testing. Education Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
