- Test strategy and Leadership
- Define, design, and implement a comprehensive QA automation strategy for enterprise applications, primarily focusing on SAP and DMS
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of QA automation engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Evaluate, select, and implement the most appropriate automation tools, frameworks, and testing methodologies, including Selenium and Playwright, to meet organizational needs
- Act as the primary point of contact for all QA automation deliverables, reporting metrics, defect leakage, and automation ROI to senior management
- SAP Testing (Interfaces and Modules)
- Design and execute automated test scripts for various SAP modules critical to the manufacturing domain (e.g., SAP MM, SD, PP, FICO, and EWM)
- Develop end-to-end automation for SAP interfaces, including APIs, IDOCs, EDI, and third-party system integrations, ensuring seamless functionality
- Ensure rigorous testing of SAP updates, enhancement packages, and migrations (e.g., SAP ECC to S/4HANA)
- Dealer Management System (DMS) Testing
- Create automated test suites for the company's Dealer Management System, covering critical modules such as Vehicle Sales, Spare Parts Inventory, Service & Warranty Management, and Dealer Finance
- Test the integration points between the DMS, the central SAP ERP, and customer-facing web/mobile applications
- Ensure the DMS operates flawlessly under high load, simulating peak dealership hours and high transaction volumes
- Framework Development and CI/CD
- Build and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable test automation frameworks (Data-driven, Keyword-driven, or Hybrid) utilizing tools like CircleCI and Jenkins
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and agile delivery
- Establish automated API, UI, and performance testing protocols to ensure comprehensive coverage
