• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for UI, functional, and regression testing.

• Support manual and exploratory testing activities to validate new or changing functionality.

• Ensure appropriate automation coverage for critical business workflows and regression scenarios.

• Integrate and maintain automated tests within Azure DevOps pipelines to support continuous validation.

• Log, track, and manage defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence, working closely with development teams to drive timely resolution.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of test processes, documentation standards, and Agile quality assurance practices.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including developers, analysts, and other quality assurance team members.

What You'll Bring to Numerator

Required Skills

• Proven experience in automation testing and functional validation within complex application environments.

• Strong understanding of UI testing, regression testing, and test execution best practice.

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and familiarity with defect and test management tools such as Jira.

• Working knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.

• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and experience working within sprint-based teams.

• Good analytical skills with the ability to investigate issues, validate outcomes, and communicate defects clearly.

• Basic AI literacy, including the ability to use tools such as Microsoft Copilot, write effective prompts, and review AI-generated outputs critically.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Selenium and Java-based automation frameworks.

• Exposure to API testing, database validation, and data quality checks.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Previous experience supporting migration, transformation, or platform modernization initiatives.

• Awareness of emerging AI use cases in software testing, including test design support, automation acceleration, and analysis of test results.

• Ability to use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot effectively through clear prompting, structured requests, and critical validation of generated outputs.
