Experience: You have at least 10+ years of total IT experience as a Test Analyst / Test Lead with experience in Performance and Automation testing.
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in Performance testing with tools like LoadRunner, JMeter.
- Working knowledge in Automation testing with tools like Selenium / TOSCA and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps preferred).
- Solid background of SDLC with good understanding of modern software development practices (Agile, Scrum).
- Proven experience in managing the test tools and its hosting infrastructure with good understanding of technologies like web/application servers and databases will be an added benefit.
- Experience with at least one scripting / programming language (e.g.: PowerShell or Python or Java)
DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with DevSecOps methodologies and tools, including containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), cloud services (e.g., Azure), and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).
Communication and Analytical Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with multiple stakeholders and changing requirements and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
