• Manage and optimize MS Exchange Online Administration to ensure efficient communication services.
• Oversee MS Exchange Admin tasks to maintain system integrity and performance.
• Implement M365 Messaging solutions to enhance organizational communication capabilities.
• Lead M365 Messaging Migration projects to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
• Design and implement messaging services to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate messaging solutions with other IT systems.
• Monitor messaging systems to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for messaging-related inquiries.
• Develop and maintain documentation for messaging system configurations and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in messaging services.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve messaging efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud-based messaging services.
• Support the organizations mission by enhancing communication infrastructure. Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in MS Exchange Online Administration and MS Exchange Admin.
• Demonstrate expertise in M365 Messaging and M365 Messaging Migration.
• Exhibit proficiency in designing and implementing messaging services.
• Have a solid understanding of the Hi-Tech domain and its unique requirements.
• Show capability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


 

Certifications Required

• Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
