Work you’ll do 

As an Intelligent Automation Solution Engineer, you'll work on the setup and delivery of Intelligent Automation (IA) solutions to meet the internal needs of Deloitte Technology Solutions. This pivotal role encompasses the full lifecycle of automation projects—from initial requirement gathering and process analysis through to design, development, deployment, and post-implementation support.

• Conduct thorough analysis of internal processes to identify automation opportunities. Develop a compelling IA value proposition and recommend strategies for process reengineering to enhance automation potential.

• Collaborate with both business and technical teams to assess the feasibility of automation solutions.

• Create detailed process documentation (Process Description Document - PDD) and design documents (Solution Design Document - SDD) for automated processes.

• Perform high-level IA assessments and drive the adoption of best practices by solving a wide range of technology challenges.

• Enhance business and information architecture usability and profitability through strategic automation.

• Implement large-scale data ecosystems, leveraging automation, cognitive, and scientific techniques to generate actionable insights.

• Establish and manage a technical IA team, setting up efficient processes and ensuring continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, with relevant certifications.

Technical Skill Set:

• 3-6 years experience in RPA consulting or implementation, specifically with UIPath.

• Proven experience in process design and improvement with UI Path.

• Programming proficiency in Python, .NET, VBA is desirable.

• Familiarity with Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts.

• Demonstrated success in full lifecycle projects and leading project teams is essential.

• Advanced certification in UI Path highly recommended.

Business Skill Set:

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.

• Experience in business process modeling and IA solution design.

• Expertise in IA tool performance tuning, exception handling, and integration.

• Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., SDLC, Agile, Scrum).

Interpersonal Skill Set:

• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

• Effective communication and multitasking abilities.

• Demonstrated flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
