Must Have:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of Middleware components
Basic Linux shell scripting skills
Monitoring WebLogic server health
Performance tuning
Scripting experience in Unix / Linux & WLST
Collaborative & team focus
Should have fundamental knowledge of Industry / domain
Should be able to independently work on complex incidents, enhancements, small projects
Flexibility in owning deliverables and working as per team requirements

Education: 

B.E./B. Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university    

Prior Experience:  

4 – 6 years of experience working as Linux & Windows admin with good knowledge of performance tuning
