In my role, I utilize a variety of tools, including Splunkfor monitoring and log analysis, PuTTY for SSH access to Linux/Unix systems, and WinSCP for secure file transfers. Additionally, I work with MOVEit and GoAnywhere to manage secure file transfers and automate workflows. I also use Snow for asset management, ensuring that all software and hardware are tracked and compliant.
A significant portion of my work involves Major Incident Management, where I respond to and resolve critical production issues swiftly. I work alongside cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, identify root causes, and implement solutions. I ensure that major incidents are documented properly, with clear action steps and follow-up for continual improvement.
