7+ years of project management experience in technology environments with DevOps background.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices
Experience implementing security controls within development processes
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to drive organizational change and process improvements
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools

Additional Skills:

PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications
Experience with Java-based applications and microservices architecture
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, OpenShift)
Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in technology
