Develop and implement strategies to improve system reliability, reduce downtime, and enhance performance.Monitoring and Incident Management: Establish robust monitoring and alerting systems to detect and respond to incidents promptly. Lead incident response efforts, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Automation: Identify areas of toil and implement automation to improve efficiency and reliability. Develop and maintain scripts, tools, and frameworks to automate repetitive tasks.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, security experts, and product owners, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of the PEGA application.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in site reliability engineering, DevSecOps, and PEGA application development.
