Foundational skills

Experience systems support and analysis experience
Experience in administration or development of CI-CD tools - including Bit Bucket, Artifactory, Jenkins, Ansible Tower, XLR and Sonar
Experience in working with Enterprise Linux and MS Windows Server (preferred) in an administrative capacity
Experience with WebSphere or tomcat administration
Experience years technical Systems architecture & design
Strong Production Support experience with ability to independently triage incidents, provide detailed root cause analysis along with Change/Problem Management experience
Exposure and familiarity with application development lifecycle methodologies
Ability to effectively communicate/present to all levels of the organization, including executive management
- Willing to work in flexible shifts and on weekends/holidays (with comp-offs)
