Area(s) of responsibility

Work in conjunction with enterprise architect on design, strategy, and standards; documents and publishes appropriate infrastructure architecture principles and standards, position papers, blueprints, best practices, patterns, and frameworks
Set strategic direction for various infrastructure technologies such as public cloud, directory services, collaboration services, network, storage, server, database and security best practices
Promotion of shared infrastructure and applications to reduce costs and improve information flows. Ensure that projects do not duplicate functionality or diverge from each other and business and IT strategies.
- Serve as level-4 escalation point for operations team and assist with problem resolution and root cause analysis as needed
