Responsibilities:

· Design and development of advanced AI solutions

· Evaluating and implementing in house devops solution with AI to enhance developer experience

· Collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements

· Ensuring scalability, performance, and security of HCE products

· Mentoring and guiding junior developers

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong knowledge in Python (Data Structures/Data Processing/OOPs)

Knowledge about Transformer Architecture, LLMs/SLMs like OpenAI/Llama or similar
Knowledge on Tools and Frameworks such as
- Langchain or similar (LlamaIndex)
- Hugging Face/Azure AI Studio
- Sentence Transformers or any embedding models
- Vector Databases
Python web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
