Design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions that meet the needs of the Hi-Tech and ISV domains. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems. - Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns and insights that drive business decisions. - Develop and maintain scalable machine learning models to enhance product offerings. - Ensure AI solutions are aligned with industry standards and best practices. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Conduct research to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies. - Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools and frameworks for project implementation. - Optimize AI algorithms for performance and efficiency. - Lead the development of AI prototypes and proof-of-concept projects. - Communicate AI project progress and outcomes to stakeholders effectively. - Collaborate with product managers to define AI project requirements and deliverables. - Ensure AI solutions are ethical and comply with regulatory requirements. Qualifications - - Possess a strong understanding of Generative AI and its applications in the Hi-Tech industry. - Demonstrate expertise in AI & ML concepts with a proven track record of successful implementations. - Have experience working in the ISV domain understanding its unique challenges and opportunities. - Exhibit proficiency in machine learning techniques and tools. - Show capability in artificial intelligence frameworks and platforms. - Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Have strong communication skills to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
