Role Overview: PwC is seeking a Senior Associate – Observability Engineer with strong expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing observability solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of existing client observability architectures to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

• Proven expertise in setting up and managing log aggregation systems (ELK/EFK stack, Splunk, or equivalent).
• Experience with event correlation platforms and techniques to reduce alert noise and support operational excellence.
• Hands-on experience with observability standards and tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Splunk, Datadog, or New Relic.
• Understanding of distributed tracing, metrics collection, log parsing, and analysis methodologies.
