Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
2 years of experience in applied Machine Learning within Conversational AI: NLU for multi-turn dialogue and context, modeling strategies with smaller LLMs.
1 year of experience in the development of LLM-agents to orchestrate tool usage, (multimodal) LLMs for modeling actions/APIs, aligning LLMs with rewards, etc.
Experience with data and novel training methodologies for domain adaptation.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
Experience developing accessible technologies.
Expertise in Agents, LLM-reasoning, and RL methodology.
