Position Responsibilities:

• Deployment Management: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of IT solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Technical Implementation: Collaborate with technical teams to implement deployment strategies, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support during and after deployment, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring smooth operation of IT solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for deployment processes, configurations, and project outcomes.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of deployed IT solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve deployment processes.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION
• Experience in deployment management, with a strong focus on complex applications (preferably Engineering/Manufacturing) hosted on Windows, Linux, or Unix servers. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience with deployment automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus

Typical Education & Experience:

• Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and 8-12 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
