Role
- Act as the primary contact person for Cult center managers regarding operational issues and queries.
- Answer incoming calls and provide prompt, accurate resolutions or escalate to the right department when required.
- Track and follow up on open issues to ensure timely closure.
- Maintain issue logs and update relevant stakeholders on progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Facilities, Tech, HR, etc.) to resolve center-related problems.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Provide clear communication and support to ensure smooth center operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 0 -2 years of experience in operations support, customer service, or helpdesk roles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with ticketing tools, spreadsheets, and basic CRM systems.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
