Requirements

• Having excellent communication, reasoning, and structured problem-solving.

• Holding Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or related field.

• Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI frameworks (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral).

• Interested in Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and human-computer interaction.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Research, experiment, and design effective prompts for LLMs across different applications.

• Test, and refine prompts to deliver accurate, context-aware, and reliable AI outputs.

• Analyze model outputs, identify gaps, and iterate prompts for better performance.

• Optimize prompts using few-shot, zero-shot, and chaining strategies to improve model performance.

• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications.

• Evaluate and validate AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, bias reduction, and alignment with business needs.

• Build and maintain a library of prompt templates, frameworks, and best practices.

• Research and adopt emerging techniques in prompt engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and fine-tuning.

• Document workflows, prompt strategies, and evaluation methodologies for cross-team knowledge sharing.

• Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines and reduce risks of hallucinations or biased responses.

  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to continuously improve output quality and scalability.
