What you will do:

Participate in the design, implementation, and management of automation pipelines for BSS and OSS solutions.
Integrate cloud-native technologies and GitOps practices into workflows.
Design and maintain DevOps tools and frameworks to support scalable automation, including in-house built applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, SD, SDU, CU) to ensure alignment from design, development, delivery, and deployment of BOS products and solutions, considering both Ericsson and customer goals.
Streamline the installation, operations, and integration processes for BSS and OSS services.
Ensure compliance with operational standards and continuously optimize system performance.
Experiment with emerging tools and frameworks to improve automation practices.
Contribute to process documentation and knowledge sharing.

The skills you bring:

Education: Degree in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Expertise in Cloud Native and GitOps practices.
Strong development skills, as required by automation assets: Shell, Python, Ansible, Golang...
Familiarity with BSS and OSS products and solutions: EC, EB, ESOA, EOC, ECM, EM, ECEV, ESSVT, etc.
Knowledge of the development process for Ericsson Products (preferably BOS domain), including knowledge of Solution Configuration methodology and tools (Mimer, Munin, SWGW).
Knowledge of Ericsson Cloud Native Architecture, including TEA, ADP, BCSS, and BOS design rules and principles.
Proficiency in Cloud Native and DevOps tools, including Kubernetes, Helm, Helmfile, Flux, GitLab, Artifactory, and other CI/CD frameworks.
Hands-on experience with automation pipelines and system integration.
Knowledge of modern monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
Solid understanding of Everything as Code principles.
Familiarity with Agile practices and management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Coaching and mentoring skills.
