Devops Engineer (NM+)
What you will do
- A strong understanding of engineering tools (CI/CD/Build/Jenkins/ Spinnaker/Kubernetes/Docker environment) relating to software development
- Excellent in influencing tools adoption with technical and people leadership skills
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies
- Excellent oral and written communication to peers, product teams, management, and occasionally customers
- Guidance and mentorship to other engineers
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
- Demonstrated ability to execute on long-range team and individual projects
The skills you bring
- Excellent technical team leader and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic environment
- Experience in developing complex applications or highly-scalable solutions end-to-end in SDLC
- Experience in Git & Gerrit SCM tools integrating with CI & CD
- Experience working on Git labs & Git hub.
- Passion for quality and good software engineering practices
- UNIX, Perl/Python, Groovy
- Good programming skills in Java/C/C++ is added advantage
- Excellent understanding of Agile ways of working and methodologies.
- Good understanding of Cloud computing and Cloud Native domain
