  Coordinate and execute platform upgrades, patching, and system lifecycle activities. 

  Implement AI-augmented automation to proactively detect anomalies, reduce manual effort, and accelerate incident resolution. 

  Create scripts and workflows to automate operational processes and data validations. 

  Support configuration changes, job scheduling, reference data updates, and access control. 

  Partner with data governance and engineering teams to maintain data quality and integrity. 

  Maintain documentation on operations processes, workflows, and knowledge articles.

Basic Qualifications and Experience Requirement:  

• 5–8 years of experience in data management or data engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing Reltio MDM solutions. 

• Proficiency in configuring Reltio data models, entities, relationships, attributes, and reference data sets. 

• Strong knowledge of match/merge rules, survivorship logic, crosswalks, and data quality configurations within Reltio. 

• Experience integrating Reltio with external systems using REST APIs, Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), or ETL tools. 

• Familiarity with JSON-based configuration files, Reltio Console, and data load utilities.
