Qualifications for the role:
- Excellent complex technical solving skills, the ability to think out of the box, and curious by nature. Scripting knowledge is important
- An extremely good technical understanding of working within a connected and distributed environment model of multiple applications
- Evidence of improving proactive event management or other processes across a medium to large organizations
- The ability to work with 3rd party and internal service providers who manage the application, system software and production infrastructure
- Excellent documentation skills with experience of creating support documentation for users and the Operations Team
- Deep understanding of container orchestration services
- Deep understanding of Agile methodology and DevOps concepts
- Experience working with Windows and Linux operation system environments
- A fundamental understanding of infrastructure and applications
- Experience with infrastructure scripting solutions – PowerShell, Python, or similar
- ITIL 4 foundation certification is preferred
