Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across various applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in the configuration and support of packaged or SaaS applications to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance. - Engage in continuous learning to enhance technical skills and knowledge of industry trends. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React/Angular/Vue.js, Responsive Design, Cross-browser Compatibility, Web Accessibility (WCAG), Git/Version Control, RESTful APIs, JSON, UI/UX Implementation. - Good To Have Skills: TypeScript, , Jest/Cypress/React Testing Library, CI/CD, Cloud Deployment Tools. - Familiarity with low-code platforms and their application in software development. - Understanding of APIs and their integration within web applications. - Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies to ensure application quality. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Web Application Development. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
