Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence solutions across various platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, and on-premises environments.
• Design and oversee the creation of scalable AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems and generate actionable insights.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of General AI use cases, ensuring alignment with business objectives and value creation.
• Apply deep expertise in machine learning, predictive modelling, and statistical analysis to large, complex data sets.
• Champion the integration of AI/ML capabilities into existing data architectures and pipelines for enhanced decision-making.
• Provide thought leadership and mentorship within the team, staying abreast of emerging AI/ML technologies and industry trends to foster innovation.
• Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices and contribute to the development of responsible AI frameworks.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in data management, or a related field, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML.
• Proven track record of designing and deploying successful AI/ML projects and General AI use cases.
• Strong experience with cloud technologies (Azure/Google Cloud) and familiarity with on-premises environments.
• Expertise in advanced analytics, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Deep understanding of the application of AI/ML in creating data products and insights.
• Experience with deploying machine learning models into production environments.
• Excellent knowledge of statistical analysis, algorithm development, and experimental design.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide teams.
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a strong quantitative focus.
