Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
- 3 years of experience with data analysis and SQL/MySQL.
- Experience in system architecture and code comprehension/reading in one programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to create, document, and execute processes as well as to work in a highly matrixed environment.
- Ability to maintain meticulous attention to detail while working in a changing environment.
- Excellent investigative skills, including data manipulation, data analyses, and SQL.
- Excellent organization, stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
