In this role, you will:

•    Experienced in handling production support tasks of highly complex IT applications requiring round-the-clock support.
•    Working with the production support team to meet the objectives of the IT service.
•    Keep track of production tickets reported (incidents, alerts, service requests) to manage communication with the reporter and relevant stakeholders.
•    Assist leading DevSecOps initiatives, Vulnerabilities remediations, comply with Accessibility and Digital Design Standards.
•    Continuously monitor the health of infrastructure and escalate issues to relevant Infrastructure teams. 
•    Providing informed insight to the program team on improvements in governance, reporting, helping to identify trends and areas of performance concern.
•    Actively participating in relevant change initiatives, compliance and operational risk related forums / committees as required.
•    Support the program team in meeting its obligations in connection with requirements and issues raised by external regulators / interested parties as required.
•    Ensure that senior management are appropriately advised of any operational related concerns by providing informed insight and early intervention/escalation as required.
•    Act as a bridge between senior stakeholders in the region and Support on-shore/off-shore team. 
•    Availability to work the shift pattern required for this role, i.e. No shift work required but some out of hours and weekend support will be required from time to time

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

•    Versed with using Service Now, RTC and other ticketing systems.
•    Efficient user Jira, Confluence and other work backlog creation and tracking tools.
•    Strong MS Office skills primarily Excel & PowerPoint
•    Hands-on experience of DevOps tooling.
•    Hands-on experience with EIM, Cyberport, and ICE.
•    Experience in evergreening initiatives such as MongoDB and Oracle.   
•    Experience in migrations like IKP, Kong, and external Clouds GCP/AWS.
•    Strong experience in Release management
•    Strong experience in Environment management, Branching Strategy.
