You're a fit for the role of Associate Lead Release Engineer if your background includes:
- Around 6-7 years of Release Management/Project management experience in IT.
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CD/CI) pipelines.
- Experience in working with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
- Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle.
- Experience in the use of Application Release Automation tools.
- Knowledge of traditional agile methodologies, Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban.
- Good understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating system.
- Conduct Release Readiness reviews and Business Go/No-Go reviews.
- Willingness to work in 24x7x365 shifts on rotation basis or fixed US/UK shifts.
- Have a software-centric mindset.
- Effective communicator.
