To be successful as a  DevOps Specialist, you should have experience with:

  • CHEF Recipes, Ansible and other DevOps tools.

  • KAFKA Cluster build and troubleshooting.

  • GITLAB, CICD Piline, Jenkins, Nexus, Linux troubleshooting.

  • GridGain cluster build and troubleshooting.

 

Some other highly valued skills may include:

  • Project management.

  • Change, Problem and Incident management .

  • Problem solving and determination to drive bigger projects like entire RHEL 8 migrations, new Infra setup / Devops setup .

  • Team Building activity and lead / mentor at least 3 to 4 junior members.
