Before applying, confirm important details on the employer’s official website or application page. Employers control their recruitment processes and hiring decisions.

3. Employer names and external websites

Company names, trademarks and logos identify their respective organisations. Their appearance on Ninotronix does not by itself indicate a partnership, endorsement or affiliation.

External websites operate independently and have their own terms, privacy practices and application processes. Ninotronix does not control their content, availability or recruitment decisions.

4. AI-assisted resume analysis

Ninotronix uses OpenAI for AI-assisted resume analysis. When you use this feature, your submitted resume is sent to OpenAI for processing.

AI-generated feedback may contain mistakes, omit relevant information or suggest changes that do not suit your experience. Review suggestions before using them and ensure your resume remains accurate.

Any resume score or recommendation is an assessment produced by the tool, not an employer’s hiring decision or a universal measure of applicant tracking system compatibility. It does not guarantee that a recruiter or automated system will select your application.

5. Learning resources and examples

Technical examples, interview practice material and career guidance are educational resources. They are not a promise of particular interview questions, certification results or employment outcomes.

Clearly labelled sample roles, tool previews and illustrative scores are demonstrations. They should not be treated as live vacancies or results calculated for your own resume.

6. Advertising and commercial relationships

Third-party advertisements, when displayed, are separate from our career resources and job information. Displaying an advertisement does not mean Ninotronix endorses the advertiser, product or service.

Ninotronix currently does not offer paid services, sponsored job listings or affiliate links. Third-party display advertising is separate from these activities.

If these arrangements change, relevant disclosures will need to reflect the services and relationships then in operation.

7. Checking application requests

Independently verify an employer’s identity and application destination before sharing personal information or responding to payment requests.

Do not assume that a payment request or request for sensitive documents is legitimate merely because a job was mentioned on Ninotronix. Never share passwords, one-time codes or banking credentials with a recruiter.
