Job Description
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable end-to-end AI/ML solutions for complex business problems
- Own the full model lifecycle including data preparation, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and production deployment
- Build and optimize ML pipelines and workflows for scalability, reliability, and performance
- Develop advanced AI solutions using techniques such as NLP, deep learning, predictive modeling, and Generative AI
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions
- Integrate AI/ML models into enterprise applications and production systems
- Implement and manage MLOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, retraining, and version control
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve model performance in production environments
- Contribute to reusable frameworks, libraries, and engineering best practices
- Communicate technical designs, trade-offs, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders
