Sr. QA Engineer 2

• Review and analyses business and functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity, completeness and testability.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify gaps and support successful delivery outcomes.

• Design, develop, maintain and execute automated test scripts and frameworks to provide efficient and reliable regression coverage.

• Perform hands-on functional, regression and exploratory testing to validate new features, enhancements and defect fixes where automation is not suitable or additional coverage is required.

• Prepare and manage test data to support a wide range of business and system scenarios.

• Record, triage and manage defects with clear supporting evidence, including reproduction steps, expected results and actual results.

• Support continuous integration and release readiness activities by ensuring automated and manual test coverage is aligned with delivery priorities.

• Deliver QA activities within sprint plans, contributing to sprint goals and overall delivery milestones.

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and provide clear, timely updates on testing progress, risks and quality outcomes.

• Understanding of the core technology stack and application architecture supporting the UAMC platform.

• Strong test automation capability within a fast-paced, cross-functional Agile delivery environment.

• Experience designing, maintaining and executing automated test scripts and frameworks.

• Ability to perform functional, regression and exploratory testing where manual validation is required.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and investigative skills.

• Degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent practical experience.

Technical Skills and Tools

• Testing of web applications, APIs and back-end services.

• SQL querying for back-end data validation and investigation.

• Azure DevOps or similar tools for test management, defect tracking and traceability.

• Postman or equivalent tools for API testing.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using AI-enabled tools or frameworks to support testing activities.

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation practices within modern delivery environments.

  • Experience in market research, identity management or data-driven product environments.
